Friday -- President's Luncheon    $45.00

​

Marmalade Glaze Free Range Chicken (gluten-free)

Brown butter fondue, herb Bloomsdale spinach, parsnip & carrot mash, cranberry orange relish (or similar seasonal option)

Grilled Sustainable Salmon (gluten-free)

Olive oil whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus, ratatouille ragu, basil chips (or similar seasonal option)

​

Asparagus & Sweet Corn Risotto with Shaved Summer Zucchini (vegetarian)

​

Dessert: Caramel flan with orange blackberry jam and candied lemon zest

​

All meals served with rolls and butter, iced tea, and water.

Saturday -- Boxed Lunches    $30.00 each

Diestel Roasted Turkey Breast

On nine-grain bread, Jarlsberg Swiss cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, shaved Bermuda red onions, stone ground mustard aioli

Certified Angus Roast Beef

On grilled artisan ciabatta, Tillamook cheddar, red onion marmalade, Roma tomato, wild arugula, horseradish aioli

Mediterranean Grilled Veggie Wrap

On whole-grain lavosh, sun-dried tomato, hummus, portobello mushrooms, roasted peppers, parmesan, grilled yellow and green squash, tabbouleh

All lunches include sandwich or wrap, bag of chips, cookie, and bottled water or soft drink.
